		<description>hey, don&#039;t be too hard on yourself. how much of your feelings and desires for western food are related to your being sick - and are a desire to return to things that you can be more certain that they will not make your body unhappy. 

given adjustment time (to spices, habits and ingredients) and more knowledge/interaction with the cooking process, i think you&#039;d be able to appreciate food there more. and until then, i hope/pray you have the grace to accept your body&#039;s rebellion against your hopes and principles while also holding on to your hopes/desires while shaping them in new ways.</description>
